Now Buildings is a family owned organisation who specialise in farming/industrial sheds and have been supplying products to Australian customers for more than 30 years.
We were approached by Now Buildings to develop a solution that would help increase their operational efficiency at which they could manage and develop projects for customers all around Australia. This would result in greater revenue and less operational cost. The solution would be used across all states with a focus on mobility.
One of the major issues was Now Buildings had a siloed way of operating between their existing systems which would take up time and effort between resources to manage projects with precision and set customer expectations. The decentralised method of operation left inconsistencies within business data and would impact the customer experience.
Reetek streamlined Now Buildings operations by creating a web based platform that would push and pull data from all third party systems allowing staff to better manage projects, develop more efficiencies within the management of a state-wide salesforce, and centralise their operation for complete business view.
We used AGILE which is a time boxed, iterative approach to the software delivery and development that would help the software engineers build the solution incrementally with a large amount of flexibility and customer involvement throughout the evolution of the product.
"We have been working very closely with Reetek over the last 3 years and have found them to be extremely professional to deal with. Our project involved creating an API for a third party software and creating a custom CRM/Project management database to streamline our operations over multiple states. Throughout this project, Reetek have delivered every project phase on time and on budget, which we know dealing with using other software developers is a rarity. Furthermore, they have documented all updates and kept me in the loop during the software development process."
"We have already recommended Reetek to two of our clients."
